We are a boutique agency that specialises in recruiting doctors for hospitals in Australia and New Zealand. We recruit for contract, permanent and locum positions.

Gavin and Kerrie Dudley are the owners and founders of Antipodean Medical Recruitment. 

Kerrie is the Director & Recruitment Manager.  She has a world of experience in assisting doctors to find the right positions in New Zealand & Australian hospitals, and helping hospitals to find the right doctors.  Her success in understanding the needs of both sides and matching them up is what makes Antipodean Medical Recruitment stand out from every other recruitment agency. Gavin looks after the administrative side of the business, including the accounts and marketing.

Antipodean Medical Recruitment was founded by Kerrie, based on her background and accreditation in medical recruitment, sales and administration. She has lived and worked in England, New Zealand and Australia and is married to a South African. At the moment, Kerrie is based at Avoca Beach (near Gosford on the beautiful Central Coast one hour north of Sydney) and previously set up the agency in Christchurch, New Zealand.  She enjoys working with doctors and hospitals, helping them get the right fit.  Whilst living in Christchurch, New Zealand, Kerrie was a keen mountain bike rider and runner; now she is focused on chasing her boys along Avoca Beach.  Once her boys get older Kerrie hopes to recapture some of her spare time and return to running and triathlons.  She's an avid traveller and finds speaking to doctors around the world keeps her in touch with the outside world and stops her feet from getting too itchy.

When Gavin and Kerrie relocated to Australia, Gavin joined Antipodean Medical Recruitment.  Gavin has a great eye for detail and is ideal for making sure all the i's have dots and all the t's have crosses.  He was born and raised in South Africa and has lived in England, Scotland, New Zealand and Australia.  Gavin loves his golf, and the South African rugby team - who he firmly believes will win the 2011 Rugby World Cup.  He takes pride in his boys and loves spending as much time with them as he can. Thankfully, the accounts are just as happy to be done at 10pm as they are at 10am, so some days he can take the boys to the beach and still get his work done!
