Antipodean Medical Recruitment is a boutique agency recruiting doctors for hospitals in both Australia and New Zealand. We specialise in permanent, contract and locum positions. Antipodean Medical Recruitment has been approved by the New South Wales Department of Health to provide locums to hospitals within NSW.
Gavin and Kerrie Dudley are the owners and founders of Antipodean Medical Recruitment.
Antipodean Medical Recruitment's Director/Recruitment Manager, Kerrie Dudley, has experience working in an Australian hospital assisting with the recruitment of doctors. Kerrie is an Accredited Professional Member of the RCSA.
Kerrie specialises in the placement of suitable doctors to suitable hospitals - understanding each others needs and wants. This, Kerrie believes, is the key to her success and unlike most other medical recruitment agencies, Antipodean Medical Recruitment does not focus on doctor "sale" KPIs! No body is treated like a number - everyone is an individual.
Gavin looks after the administrative side of the business, including accounts and marketing.
The team at Antipodean Medical Recruitment have knowledge of both the Australian and New Zealand hospital systems, registration and immigration requirements.

This policy will be kept up to date, to reflect changes in the nature and size of the business. To ensure this, the policy and its effectiveness will be reviewed annually. Antipodean Medical Recruitment will return all phone calls and emails received from clients and registered candidates and applications in respect of specific vacancies within agreed timescales. Where we are unable to meet this agreement we will inform you of this as soon as possible and agree a new deadline.

Complaints
Antipodean Medical Recruitment seeks fair, just and prompt solutions when possible to any complaints and appeals. All such issues should be directed to the Recruitment Manager, Mrs. Kerrie Dudley, in the first instance where they will be acknowledged and directed to the attention of the appropriate person. A complaints process is in place for any disputes; copies are available from our office.
